Meeting You Where you are

Here you’ll find tools, books, and little comforts that have supported me on my own healing journey. I only share what I truly use and love, in hopes they can encourage and inspire you too. Some of these are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you — which helps me continue offering free resources and encouragement here

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; everyone’s story is different. The trials and joys you’ve lived through will shape how these resources meet you, but my hope is that you’ll find something here to support you right where you are.

If it changed my life, I believe it can change yours too

These aren’t just ideas I write about — they’re practices I live by, and I know how transformative they can be.

Healing takes intention — and sometimes it starts with small, simple acts of care. These are my favorite self-care tools and practices that help me slow down, recharge, and create space for peace.

tools that support healing

Healing isn't linear. Some days it feels like you're moving forward, and other days it feels like you've slipped back into old patterns. That doesn’t mean you’re failing; it means you’re human. You’ll know you’re healing when you begin noticing small shifts: you pause before reacting, you extend compassion to yourself instead of criticism, you catch glimpses of hope where there used to be despair.

Healing is less about never feeling pain again, and more about learning to sit with it differently — with gentleness, awareness, and trust that it won’t consume you. If you’re starting to feel more in touch with yourself, more honest about your needs, and more open to growth, those are signs that the pieces are coming together. Progress is often quiet, but it’s still progress.

How do i know if i'm healing?

It’s okay if you don’t feel strong enough — most of us don’t when we first begin. Strength isn’t something you have to come fully equipped with; it’s something that grows as you take one small step at a time. Healing doesn’t require perfection or constant courage — just the willingness to show up, even when it’s messy, even when you feel weak.

God meets us in those places where we feel most fragile. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is admit you don’t feel strong and let grace carry you. Over time, you’ll look back and see that the pieces you thought were too broken became the very foundation of your strength. You don’t have to have it all together to begin — you only have to begin

What if i don't feel strong enough to face this?
